IT Technical Writer/Project Analyst

Technical writer/documentation specialist to create application documentation, service documentation, presentations and training materials (50%); Administrative assistant for the AE leadership team; (25%). Librarian responsible for working with other teams to ensure services are documented properly in the enterprise repository. (25%)

Primary Responsibilities:

• Align technology solutions with business strategies, working primarily with senior management
• Proactively identify opportunities, conduct analyses, needs assessments, cost/benefit assessments and broker other IS services, including those involved in release management

Qualifications:

• 2 + years with Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio)
• 2 + years writing IT technical documentation
• 2 + years managing calendars using Outlook
• 2 + years recording and publishing meeting minutes

Assets:

• Experience as an administrative assistant
• Experience working with programmers and technical staff
• High level understanding of Service Oriented Architecture and service repositories
